Our long-term relationships with large farmer cooperatives and local trader networks help us mitigate the risk of supply interruptions for our consumers.
Our History
Our journey began 2010 in Techiman, a vibrant commercial and agricultural hub in the heart of the Brong Ahafo Region, Ghana. We started by partnering with just three farmers and supplying a single exporter in the port city of Tema. In our first year, we handled a modest 50 metric tons of raw cashew nuts. Today, together with our customers and partners, we source, produce, process, store, and transport over 100,000 metric tons of food ingredients and agricultural products each year from their origins to where they are needed, working with over 20,000 farmers across four African countries.

Our Business Model
Duapa Agri Business Model: At Duapa Agri, our business model is centered around a vertically integrated approach to sourcing, processing, and distributing agricultural products. We directly source food ingredients and agricultural products from over 20,000 smallholder farmers across Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Tanzania, ensuring a reliable and sustainable supply chain. Through strong relationships with these farmers, we provide training and support to enhance yield quality while securing consistent supplies.
Our processing operations ensure that raw agricultural commodities are transformed into high-quality, export-ready products such as cashew kernels, shea butter, specialty foods, and soybean products. These goods are processed at our facilities and adhere to international quality standards. From there, we manage the distribution of our products, primarily exporting to India, Vietnam, and various African countries through our sales offices in India and Vietnam, ensuring timely delivery and meeting global demand.
Sustainability
Our goal is to build the world’s most sustainable food supply chains by integrating environmental responsibility, ethical sourcing, and long-term resilience at every stage. We promote sustainable farming practices through training and capacity building, equipping farmers with knowledge on climate-resilient techniques and good agricultural practices to enhance productivity while protecting natural resources.
By reinvesting profits into farm inputs and offering technical support, we empower farmers to grow their yields sustainably. Additionally, our commitment to water conservation and the use of eco-friendly practices ensures the protection of resources for future generations. Through these efforts, we set new standards for sustainability and responsible food production.

Waari Vendor Portal Duapa Agri is launching the Waari Supplier Portal to streamline supplier onboarding, purchasing, and overall processes. Upon receiving an invitation email from our IT team, suppliers can use the Waari Portal to register and manage their documentation with Duapa Agri efficiently.
